He is the CEO and Founder of Nyota Njema Real Estate Ltd, one of Kenya’s leading real estate firms. A distinguished financial advisor, Perminus holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance and IT from Maseno University. Under his visionary leadership, Nyota Njema has garnered numerous accolades, including his recognition as the “Most Promising CEO in the Real Estate Sector.”
Beyond his professional success, Perminus serves as the Chairperson of the Maseno University Alumni Association and the Spokesperson for the Association of Real Estate Stakeholders (RESA). He is also a Director Consultant with BNI Kenya and a certified trainer for BNI East Africa.
